Information and purpose
The website does not contain a registration or contact form and does not create an account, mailing-list subscription, or early-access record when you view it. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide by email, such as your name, contact details, organization, and the substance of your request.
We use that information to understand and answer your request, discuss a possible business or Alpha relationship, and take steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. Depending on the request, the legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to genuine product and business enquiries. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Website operation and security
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical records needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP address, request time, requested path, response status, user agent, request identifiers, and security events. We use this information for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, diagnosing, and preventing abuse of the website.
The public landing page does not set a contact-specific browser session or use a contact form. Optional analytics uses separate consent and storage as described below.
Optional Google Analytics
When enabled, we load Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics, to understand public page visits, campaign sources and Alpha signup-link clicks. The legal basis is your consent. Rejecting leaves navigation and signup working. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to withdraw consent and clear analytics cookies; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Your browser sends Google public page and campaign information, referring origins, pseudonymous cookie identifiers and technical browser/session measurements. We remove unrelated URL parameters and fragments. We do not send account, workspace, pipeline, credential or form content, and no tag runs on authentication or application pages. Advertising features, Google Signals, User-ID and cross-domain linking are disabled.
The local analytics preference lasts 180 days. Analytics cookies with the bp_public_ prefix are host-only and last up to 180 days without automatic expiry refresh. GA4 event/user retention is configured to two months without activity-based reset; standard aggregate reports have different retention. Google may process information outside the EEA, including the United States, under applicable transfer safeguards. This is not anonymous or EU-only processing.
Authorized operators separately count retained account creation and organizations' first pipeline creation and successful run completion for our legitimate interest in understanding trial adoption and improving the service. Reports contain totals only, include operational/test accounts, and are not joined to analytics identifiers or sent to Google. You may object to this processing. Consent choices, blockers and reporting limits make analytics incomplete.

Recipients and transfers
Information is available only to authorized personnel and providers that need it for website hosting, security, observability, email, and ordinary business operations. We do not sell contact information or use an inbound enquiry to subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Where recipient processing involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an applicable GDPR Chapter V mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary safeguards where required.
Retention
We keep website security and diagnostic records only as long as needed for the applicable operational, abuse-prevention, or investigation purpose. We keep inbound correspondence only as long as needed to answer the request and manage any resulting business or legal relationship, then delete or anonymize it subject to legal record-keeping and limitation periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or objection by emailing privacy@braidplane.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We respond without undue delay and within one month. If a request is complex or numerous, we may extend that period by up to two further months and explain the extension and reasons within the first month. After correction, deletion, or restriction, we notify recipients where Article 19 GDPR requires it unless that is impossible or disproportionate, and we identify those recipients to you on request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). We do not use website or inbound-contact information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
